Most stores give little thought to service after the sale. If something needs repair, they send it back to the manufacturer, or expect you to contact the factory yourself. But at Cohens, we’ve always (since 1957!) had our own service department, capable of repairing virtually any product we sell. This department is staffed by highly trained and experienced technicians, using the latest diagnostic tools.

Cohens service department provides service in and out of warranty on the products you purchase from us. Need repairs on something out of warranty that you purchased elsewhere? Give us a call–we service most major brands. We offer in-home service on most major appliances and custom-installed systems. You can also opt for pick up and delivery.
