Most stores give little thought to service after the sale. If something needs repair, they send it back to the manufacturer, or expect you to contact the factory yourself. But at Cohens, we’ve always (since 1957!) had our own service department, capable of repairing virtually any product we sell. This department is staffed by highly trained and experienced technicians, using the latest diagnostic tools.

Service Policies

For units that are out of warranty, there is a diagnostic fee, which is paid at the time you bring the unit in for repair. After two to five working days, you’ll receive an estimate on repair charges. If you decide to proceed with repairs, your diagnostic fee will be applied to the total repair cost.
